Professional Development Training

1:1 Sessions

Once you have booked a session with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. All appointments scheduled must be canceled or rescheduled within 24-hours to avoid being charged for the session.  No refunds are available for completed consulting/coaching services.

Classes or Training Sessions

All requests for refunds must be received, in writing. Email is preferred. If an individual or organization books a class or training session and the date has been reserved, our policy is as follows: Refund requests more than 6 weeks before the start of class or training, will be 100% refunded. Refund requests less than 6 weeks, will be refunded 50% of the total cost of the class or training. Once class or training begins there will be no refunds. If a student must be withdrawn due to unforeseen circumstances there will be a charge for classes completed to receive a credit toward another class. The credit may only be used in conjunction with another scheduled group class.
