Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Once you have booked a session with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. All appointments scheduled must be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours through the scheduling portal to avoid incurring a 25% late fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment a 25% late fee may be applied.
No refunds are available for completed consulting/coaching services.
All requests for refunds must be received, in writing, email is preferred. Requests more than 6 weeks before the start of class, 100% refund. Less than 6 weeks, a refund of 50% of the total cost of the class. Once class begins no refunds. Once the class begins if a student must be withdrawn due to unforeseen circumstances there will be a charge for classes completed to receive a credit toward another class. The credit may only be used in conjunction with another scheduled group class.
