About Us

Charise has served as a job search strategist in higher education for nearly two decades. Fittingly, she now owns Workforce Ready Solutions, LLC, a certified minority-owned, women-owned employment solutions firm located in Northern Rhode Island. 

She is a charismatic motivational speaker, global career development facilitator, certified executive coach, and certified résumé writer known for leading individuals on self-discovering paths that unlock and open doors to their career success. 

Businesses hire her because she motivates employees through customized training, elevates professional brands, creates compelling career campaigns, and designs plans for overcoming career challenges through easy-to-implement solutions. She is passionate about educating clients on HR and career-related topics and has helped countless clients to achieve their career goals. Her mastery in these areas and targeted approach are world-class. 

Charise holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. Her professional story includes experience as an experiential learning subject matter expert, Adjunct Instructor, and work as a certified DISC practitioner. Outside of the office, she is profoundly committed to volunteerism, helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses, and local community activism.

Tori is the newest member of our team. She is completing a Sports, Entertainment, Event Management degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. 

She is a valuable asset to the team working with us and also supporting marketing and promotions for the Boston Bruins and special events for the New England Patriots. She believes the societal leisure and the event industry are huge components of what brings people together in this volatile world, and is excited to be a part of the innovative changes that are to come as she leverages and opens her talents to the workforce and career services industry. 

In September 2023, Tori was nominated and accepted into College Leadership Rhode Island (CLRI) which is how she originally connected with Workforce Ready Solutions. 

Tori is also a student member of W.I.S.E (Women in Sports & Events) Boston Chapter. She has a desire to help others which led her to produce a color run for the community of Tyngsboro Massachusetts, raising considerable funds for the Make a Wish Foundation.

Tori is originally from northern Massachusetts, and let’s just say, we are thrilled that she joined us!

Ebony is an experienced social media specialist with over six years of industry knowledge. She has gained extensive expertise in marketing, social media, web, and graphic design through her hard work and perseverance with clients from multiple industries. Ebony’s exceptional talent in creative writing has made her a successful entrepreneur in the social media, training, and design space, and author of over 10 popular books. In March 2013, she released her first book on Amazon and continues to share her stories, poetry, and gift to audiences nationwide.

She is a passionate, artistic, and valued member of our team at Workforce Ready Solutions. Ebony has been with us for nearly as long as we have been in business. Her relentless work ethic has helped us create a well-known professional brand and achieve new heights of success. We could not have accomplished so much without her continued efforts.

Ebony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Independence University. She is a lifelong learner and always strives to expand her knowledge and skills.

Angela is a highly skilled curriculum consultant whose professional experience blends years of teaching elementary through adult education with substantial time in the business industry. With over 25 years of combined experience, Angela has bridged the gap between these two worlds, creating engaging, high-quality, and thought-provoking educational programs for learners of all ages.

Her expertise spans financial management, having served as an Accounting Manager overseeing bookkeeping, grant management, reporting, and compliance across multiple companies. Angela has demonstrated strategic budgeting abilities, streamlining operations, and guiding sustainable organizational growth.

In education, Angela created the Business and Entrepreneurship Pathway at Metropolitan Regional Career and Technical Center, designing curriculum aligned with state standards. She fostered community partnerships to provide real-world learning opportunities. Her ability to build trust and rapport among staff and students contributed to the program's growth and success.

Angela holds a Master of Education in Critical Pedagogy from Providence College and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Rhode Island College, as well as many industry-recognized certifications. Currently, she is an Industry Certification Instructor, an Adult Basic Education Instructor, and the newest member of our team serving as a Curriculum Consultant.   Her passion is educating learners by combining theory with practical experience to develop a rigorous curriculum that addresses the whole student.
