Charise Wilson, Founder
Charise has served as a job search strategist in higher education for nearly two decades. Fittingly, she now owns Workforce Ready Solutions, LLC, a minority-owned, women-owned employment solutions firm located in Northern Rhode Island.
She is a charismatic motivational speaker, global career development facilitator and registered certified training provider, certified career services provider, and certified résumé writer known for leading individuals on self-discovering paths that unlock and open doors to their career success. She elevates professional brands, creates compelling career campaigns, and designs plans for overcoming career challenges through easy-to-implement solutions. She also supports businesses by offering HR consulting services. Her mastery in these areas and targeted approach are world-class.
Charise holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. Her professional story includes experience as an experiential learning subject matter expert, Adjunct Instructor, and work as a certified DISC practitioner. Outside of the office, she is profoundly committed to volunteerism, helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses, and local community activism.
Kristin Schopac, Career & Business Consultant
Kristin is the Career and Business Consultant for Workforce Ready Solutions, LLC. She is working to forge relationships between WFRS and Rhode Island businesses who can benefit from our services. Kristin will partner with you to figure out how we can best meet your business needs. Whether it's facilitating customized employee training workshops, providing DISC assessments to recruiting and providing job placement services. Kristin came to WFRS with a background in Higher Education. She previously worked as an Experiential Education Specialist at Johnson & Wales University serving as a career advisor and internship supervisor, and facilitated career development workshops. Prior to working in Career Services, Kristin worked in Residence Life at Providence College. Kristin has a passion for helping students and young professionals identify their career goals, and navigate a plan to reach those goals.
Kristin holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Providence College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from University of San Diego. She is a mom of three children. Outside the office in her “free time” she can usually be found in an ice rink watching her kids play hockey. Kristin also enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
Ebony Martin, Director of Marketing/Social Media Strategist
Ebony has been working as a social media specialist for the past 6 years. She started off helping her friends with their businesses to visibly increase and update their social media presence. A few years later, Ebony started her own social media business, eSocial. eSocial first began as a casual social media service for individuals and has grown into offering several custom marketing and design products like logos, business cards, signs, flyers, customized QR codes and much more. Not only is Ebony self-taught in the social media management industry, but she also gained knowledge and skills in graphic design through self-investment which has led Ebony to land celebrity clients.
Ebony is also the author of 10 books. She began writing at the age of 10. Ebony started off writing poetry to express herself. In March 2013, she released her first poetry book entitled In Love Without Love on Amazon. Since that time, Ebony has written nine novels and each of them reached 4K readers. Ebony also has plans to release her 11th book and second poetry book.
Ebony is an honor graduate from Independence University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Outside of the office, she likes to workout, listen to music, cook, get tattoos, and watch movies and shows.
